- Meeting with FIABA and Jackie Speier’s office on citizenship for essential workers
- Truth Act Forums 2019-2022, speaking to pressure the Sheriff to stop cooperating with ICE (he publicly agreed to stop transfers in 2022)
- Pathway to Citizenship Vigil outside Nancy Pelosi’s office
- Letter to SM Board of Supervisors asking to end ICE transfers from SMC
- Phone banking to advocate for a “clean” DREAM Act
- Helped organize an Immigration Dignity Summit where over thirty-five faith leaders, city and county officials, and non-profit leaders came together to strategize about how to lift up the dignity and rights of immigrants in San Mateo County
- Several cohort members participated in an action to end border militarization and support the human right to seek asylum in San Diego
- With FIABA, organized a press conference responding to ICE’s threats to conduct targeted arrests of undocumented immigrants
